چکیده
Adverse effect of conventional chemotherapeutic agent using single anticancer drugs had led to application combination therapy in cancer treatments. Combination polyphenolic compounds and was studied shown promising outcomes vitro. In treatment, mode cell death through apoptosis is one the targeted approaches many preclinical drug development studies has been identified as a key mechanism chemotherapy-induced death.
Hence, this study conducted evaluate event HeLa cells treated with gallic acid (GA) combined cisplatin (CIS). were for 24,48 72 hours CIS GA at IC50 (Table 1) concentrations, (CIS– GA) chosen based on previous (66.73 percent inhibition [1]. To compare effects individually in-combination cells, flow cytometry assay carried out. According findings, during every incubation period, CIS-GA treatment group consistently showed highest level antiproliferative activity followed by group. response time-dependent, an increase apoptotic time (Figure 1). At hours, significant improvement (74.6%), improvements also after 24 48 (56 60.2 percent).
Taken together, these findings suggest that enhances magnitude cells. Additionally, have positive implications use approach treatment.

[From Notes taken by Mb. R. NUU-bINI. Assistant Apothecary.] Gr. S., aged 22, admitted for chyluria, 29th September 1891, states that a month ago lie first noticed that his urine was milky, but that it got clearer while he was suffering from an attack of dysentery from which he 1ms just recovered. He is a pale, delicate-looking man, but otherwise the chyluria does not give him any discomfort. H...
متن کاملGallic acid induces mitotic catastrophe and inhibits centrosomal clustering in HeLa cells.
Cancer cells divide rapidly, providing medical targets for anticancer agents. The polyphenolic gallic acid (GA) is known to be toxic for certain cancer cells. However, the cellular mode of action has not been elucidated. Therefore, the current study addressed a potential effect of GA on the mitosis of cancer cells. GA inhibited viability of HeLa cells in a dose-dependent and time-dependent mann...
متن کاملKnockdown of mitofilin inhibits autophagy and facilitates starvation-induced apoptosis in HeLa cells
Objective(s): Mitofilin contributes to the maintenance of mitochondrial structure and functions. This study was undertaken to determine the mechanisms underlying its regulation of apoptosis. Materials and Methods: Mitofilin was knockdowned by specific short hairpin RNA (shRNA) and the stable HeLa cell clone was selected. The autophagy a...
متن کاملEffects and Mechanism of Baicalin on Apoptosis of Cervical Cancer HeLa Cells In-vitro
The objective of this study was to observe the apoptosis-inducing effect and mechanism of baicalin on human cervical cancer HeLa cells. The inhibitory effect of baicalin on the growth of HeLa cells was measured by MTT assay, and cell proliferation and migration was analyzed by cell scratch assay. Morphological changes of apoptotic cells were viewed by the light microscope and electron microscop...
